Learn more about Manzanita
Breathe in the salty Pacific air while combing seven miles of pristine beach where locals gather for spectacular sunsets. Oswald West State Park offers forest trails leading to Short Sand Beach, a surfer's paradise tucked into a protected cove. Downtown's independent boutiques and galleries occupy weathered buildings that have withstood decades of coastal storms. Nehalem Bay State Park invites camping among dunes where deer wander past tents with casual entitlement. The tiny Manzanita Golf Course provides nine holes with ocean views that compensate for any golfing frustrations. Local coffeehouses serve as community hubs where baristas remember orders and share tide table information with equal importance. Arrive midweek to experience the beach almost entirely to yourself.

The Tillamook Inn
"I was skeptical about this hotel, but everything on the Oregon coast was either $400+ or sold out, so we booked this little gem. From the first second this place was awesome! Newly remodeled rooms, great service, safe location and decent beds. Having traveled all over the world, I would stay here any time in its current form. Of course a big parking lot."
Tolovana Inn
"Clean, comfortable and the staff was good. It took awhile to get a room because housekeeping was running behind. The walls are a little thin, so it can be a bit noisy as people leave in the morning to start their day. Also, the electrical outlets are worn out and our cell phone were difficult to charge."

"We love the view"

"It was great. Only wish I could have booked oceanfront."
Manzanita Oceanfront Inn
"Great hotel, in a great location. Would definitely stay here again. My one complaint was the hot water situation. The water is WAY too hot, I mean like hot enough to be dangerous especially to a young child or an elderly person. Hot enough to burn your skin. And unfortunately, when I turned the temperature down in the shower so it wouldn’t burn me, then the water pressure was basically nonexistent. So it’s either hot enough to burn your skin, or you get to shower in a trickle of water. I hope there is a solution for this."
River Inn at Seaside
"The King Suite fits our family very well!"
Best Western Plus Ocean View Resort
"Excellent location. Everything was great. A lot of dogs, if your not really into dogs."
The Inn at Manzanita
"Pretty good. The microwave was like a 1980’s Apple in terms of use."
Coast Cabins
"Beautiful property. Very high pet fee so call to check if thinking about bringing a pet."
