Hotel Artemide is centered in a convenient location. We were able to walk, to & from the train station, The Trevi Fountain & The Pantheon. The staff is very accommodating. By the way breakfast choices were excellent, they even had many vegan choices .Desk staff Andrea & Francesco were very friendly & always gave a warm greeting .Francesco who helped us with our bags gave...
A very pleasant suprise, driving out from the airport to a semi industry area to find this lovely town and friendly people in Fiumicino. The hotel manager Valentino was very kind and helpful, directed us to a super restaurant, where we had an excellent dinner. As an add on the hotel kept in touch with us prior to our arrival giving usefull information about arriving times znd opening schedules. Loved the place, next time staying longer to discover the area.
Enrico is awesome! The stay was very quiet and Enrico was very helpful to help me get back to the Airport. The only knock against the place is that it's a bit hard to get to in the first place. I would highly suggest getting a bus (AA13A) for €1.50--just arrive early enough that it's still running.
The owner was very patient with me, explaining things that would have been obvious, had I not been so stressed and tired. Kindness goes a long way with an exhausted traveler.
Getting into the room thru all the check in points was a bit of a challenge. After that it was good. Never saw anyone. Quiet, comfortable room. WiFi good. We found a great ristorante just a block from there, Contro Correnter , that was excellent(via della Scafa 152)
Excellent location & price; very well-maintained.
The check-in process is a bit convoluted because this place is inside an apartment building. My kids called it “sort of like an escape room but backwards”.
You have to text them constantly to be able to get in, they give you different codes for each door, then you have to take selfies, selfies with passports, fill out some online forms and upload your passports to a random site, etc.
Besides the check-in process, everything else about this...
This property was EXCELLENT...it was very clean, and the on-site employee was awesome! Mariozio (spelling?) helped us in every way!! We got to know each other better via Google Translate!! :) I would completely recommend this property to anyone!!
We stayed here for three nights and used it as a base to visit Rome and Tívoli. Train nearby to get to the heart of Rome without hassle. Nice all around. It is a small hotel, family operated, so the attention you get cannot compare to any cookie cutter big name hotel. Highly recommended.
Front desk girl was super nice and helpful. I spent the night due to its close proximity to the airport and their shuttle service was excellent! There’s a mall right next door so lots of options for food/drink or entertainment
Steven at reception was so personable he upgraded us and the room was just what we needed to get to the airport in the morning. Also the couple restaurant choices steps away was a plus.
Absolutely a delightful place to stay. The owners and the staff are wonderful and helpful in every aspect of your stay! Do yourself a favor and start your Italian holiday at this facility and the town. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and the rooms are spotless and very
Comfortable! The local restaurant across the street is an absolute MUST visit. Food is delicious snd the family that operates it makes u feel like family. If landing at Di Vinci this hotel is a must visit!
We were traveling through Europe and needed a one night stay close to the airport for an early morning flight. Upon arrival, Salvatore checked us in and was so kind and helpful with our needs. There is not much around the area, so we ventured out towards Lungomare. We found somewhere to get some dinner, then walked around a bit. Around 10:30 pm we tried to get a taxi/Uber back to our hotel. All the drivers kept dropping us, leaving us unable to get a ride back to the hotel. It was a good 20 min...
