The views from this hotel were amazing. Staff and other visitors were all very friendly. Nightly entertainment was fantastic and I LOVED watching the mid morning workouts in the pool. The instructor seemed very enthusiastic. Our room was good, except we had two twins pushed together instead of a single bed. We also had large cockroaches in our room and on the patio. We stayed 3 nights and found at least 2 each night, 1 was on the bed. It made the room feel "dirtier" even though everything was...

Everything was perfect -the location, view, room, pools, spa! Don’t stay anywhere else. The hotel also has a cool history.

The resort is simply amazing - the food, the staff, the service, the landscape - all work together to make the place special. The whole atmosphere was so tranquil and relaxing. This was a special stay. The Prestige rooms are also wonderful.

This hotel is located away from the crowdy parts of Tenerife.Huge,spacious rooms they offer and the bed size was also exceptional.the staff was really nice. It is a 5 star hotel indeed.

One of the finest resorts I have stayed in. Amazing restaurants, beautiful grounds, pristine rooms and helpful, friendly staff. Close to a great beach and only 10 mins walk from the main town area with a lot of bars, restaurants and other activities. Would definitely return for a second visit when I get the chance!

We had an ocean view room with a balcony. The view was spectacular and the balcony had enough privacy and room for both of us to sit and enjoy the air. The beds, while split, were extremely comfortable. The breakfast and dinner service is worth the money! The spread is absolutely fantastic and the chefs there to provide fresh food are spectacular. Wow just wow! We’ve recently returned from a ten day trip and loved every minute of it. From the beginning the hotel was very accommodating. They provided a proper cot, mattress, duvet and pillow for our one year old and even left a cuddly toy for him which was a lovely touch. I’d asked to be put in a quiet area by the pool which we were. Pros: Amazing adult area/pool, dining options, friendly staff, amenities Cons: Isolated, located on a very steep hill which leads you to rely on calling the concierge to arrange transportation (difficult to get anyone to answer the phone), recommend a rental car

The staff and service is excellent. The food was fantastic. It would be my first choice of accommodations if I’m in the islands again.
