Small nice hotel in the middle of Lagos, convenient to everything. Room was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with varied choices. Bar is well stocked with outside seating. Would be glad to stay there again.

I had problems with the bathroom. Very bad design of the shower . While i was taking shower the water was simply going directly in the midle of the room !!! It could be be fixed very fast and very cheap. I couldn t understand why it wasn t done ????!!!!!. Shower needs a small shelf for cosmetics. Toilet wasn t phonic isolated from the main room. Overall very bad design of the room.
Lovely views and easy access to the cliff walks. The facilities feel new and staff is very accommodating. The pool was family friendly, but lap swimmers found time and space if they wanted. Only downside is the location; the walk to town is a bit long and hot - a shuttle would be nice a few times a day to maybe save a walk.
Great place. The pool was perfect for our family, great place to cool off in the summer heat. The villa worked great and was nice to have a parking spot right in front. We were there over my birthday and the staff left a nice card and bottle of wine for me. Town was just a quick drive or 20 min walk from the hotel. Will be recommending to friends and family.
this is the 5th time that we stayed at Vilalara...this says something. We come here for the fantastic Thalasso spa and its great staff (multi lingual and so friendly), the most beautiful settings, the most unique gardens, the six pools, the direct access to their wonderful beach and also the location (easy to to reach). This place was great. We went to Lagos first and it was too busy. So we found this hotel and enjoyed the city. Dining was close by as was the beach. Our room was comfortable too.
The location was ideal for walking to various places, including restaurants. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room served us well all around; breakfast was good. When we had to check out very early before sunrise to catch a train, the staff fixed up a take out breakfast for us. That’s first-rate! To sum up, this hotel is an excellent choice for Lagos.
