One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff is too notch. They try everything to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. The rooms are absolutely amazing. When my closet light was not working properly they tried to address the issue right away even tho it was a minor thing. Stay here!
This hotel was excellent and not having air condition last year when staying in June made me appreciate it even more. The staff is extremely friendly and english speaking as well. Excellent cleaning service everyday and the breakfast is fantastic!! Great place to stay, I'd recommend to anyone!
We had two rooms. One the AC was very strong consistent. The other room was the AC was not great. At first we thought it was due to the heat but when we went to my mom’s room it was MUCH cooler and stayed that way. Over all we traveled with my mom who is in a wheelchair and the hotel was excellent for her and those in wheelchairs. The uncovered parking was cheaper and secure and accessible for the chair. The shower was roll in you just need to ask for a tub chair and they will provide it. Great...
Big and clean room with fridge. Air conditioning works well. Parking is great. The best is the staff: very kind and friendly so you can feel at home and enjoy the beautiful city of Torino.
I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The location is perfect and the staff is great. I would never stay any where else in Torino. We stayed here for 3 nights for a city break. The room was amazing and just as pictured. The hotel bar is really impressive and serves great drinks and aperitivi. This hotel is the gold standard in Torino and we can't wait to go back. We will definitely stay here on out next visit.

I was actually very surprised at the quality of the hotel. Very clean, the staff was very professional and went out of their way to help us. We did not speak the Italian language and they spoke broken english, but they were very patient and help us navigate the city. The staff went out of their way to help us with transportation. They help us with the train schedules, taxis, and pointed us to several excellent restaurants and site seeing tours. The biggest surprise was the continental breakfast...
