Great hotel, with an extremely kind staff. The elevator had a problem that day, but the front desk personally carried our luggage upstairs. Breakfast was amazing and everything is super clean. The only warning I’d add (for summer months) is that there is no air-conditioning in the room. But we just opened up the window and slept without any problems. Totally recommend!
My husband and toddler son had an amazing time at the Beau Rivage Palace. The hospitality here really impressed me. All the staff were kind and welcoming. Great location. Close to the train station. We will definitely visit again. What a beautiful place. It really is a Palace!
We had a fabulous room after being given an upgrade to a junior suite. Great view of the lake and surrounding area. The receptionist was warm, polite and very helpful.
Hotel and service was excellent. Stayed for two nights and had a noisy party in the room in the late evening next to us the first night. When we reported the incident to the hotel, they took care of it and was very apologetic and responsive in following up with us.Overall, a very nice stay

For the residences just note it is à la carte so no breakfast or spa included which is fine give I do not eat a lot in the morning. Mandabu sushi was excellent but book ahead

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was convenient to explore many area around Lake Geneva. The room was beautiful as were all the common space in the hotel. The staff was outstanding. The breakfast option was too expensive so we grabbed breakfast offsite. My only issue with the room was the shower. We couldn’t figure out how to avoid getting water all over the floor.
The design and concept of integrating local influences to the decor is noticeably exceptional. Small indulgences like apricot tart in the lobby with a cool refreshing tea is what endears guests.
Check in at the hotel near the restaurant they had our name and room key already prepared and on the desk. Room was quiet, clean, and lovely. Small but perfect for our day trip to Lausanne and Lake Geneva, which is why we selected this hotel between the higher priced hotels in the cities (Geneva and Lausanne). Very nice view of Lake Geneva, nice restaurants, beautiful SPA areas. Also very importantly, it has a much grass and woods for us to walk and play with our dog.
Absolutely perfect resort for families with small children. The service is excellent. The staff is lovely. I loved it so much that I extended our stay a second night. Highly recommend!
