We had a very pleasant, relaxing stay here in early October. Such a pretty resort. Our room was small but fine for the two of us. Very, very clean. We walked across the street to sit on the Adirondack chairs looking out over Lake George in the evening . This place was perfect for our visit to Fort Ticonderoga!

Completely amazing. I've been working in the area for two months and ive stayed at several hotels in the area. Silver Bay is, by far, the most comfortable, cleanest and friendliest. One of the best hotel stays we have had. Staff was amazing, property and rooms was immaculate, and all the amenities and basic essentials you could possibly need during your stay. It’s was such a great experience we spent more time on property and in the room then we did exploring the area. We felt at home. Beds were comfortable and the rooms always smelled really nice and refreshing. Hotel front office/desk staff was genuinely nice and accommodating.

Nice inn located in a 200 year old house. Rooms with comfortable beds, no tv, but they do have WiFi.
Food is very good and the couple that owns and runs the inn is very friendly and accommodating.
Some quirks like squeaky floors and no locks on the doors just add to the charm. Nice fireplace and outdoor deck. Coffee is excellent too.
