"The property has a nice ambiance and the lobby is beautifully decorated. We got the superior twin room but found it to be a bit small and missing a few things that would make the stay excellent such as a soap holder in the shower, a sanitary bin in the bathroom and wardrobes that do not make a load sound when closing. I would also advise that they do something about the flies in the dining area as they can be quite annoying and there should be an easy solution to this. Otherwise the staff is...

"We love staying at the Neelkanth Sarovar—it is such a lovely hotel—in fact, I would argue it’s the very best in Lusaka. The deluxe rooms are so spacious and comfortable with a separate seating area and a kitchen, including a cooktop for preparing small meals. I also appreciate the washer with a semi-enclosed balcony for hanging our clothes to dry. This is my 4th or 5th time to stay here, and I’m sure I will stay at the Neelkanth Sarovar again the next time I’m in Lusaka. "
