Our room didn't have ocean view, only garden view but very nice view. The pool is very clean and big. Staff is so courteous and helpful and professional. Room is spacious and beautiful. We love the bathroom.
Our stay was amazing from the very beginning. Han helped us check in and explained all of the amazing activities and restaurants at the resort. After checking in my wife was able to connect with her on Whatapp and she was able to arrange restaurant reservations and activities even while we were on the go.
Our room was beautiful and we were welcomed with cookies, a fruit bowl, and a wonderful aromatic oil diffuser.
The activities team is absolutely amazing. We took a scenic photo tour of the...
We booked an aqua bungalow, but any room you can get here will be worth it!!
The facility and grounds are stunning. The staff amazingly kind and attentive.
We stayed two days - ate all meals there and enjoyed spa treatments as well as the morning yoga class (Ashtanga). All were very good. The spa is among the nicest I experienced in Asia - and I'm a bit of an expert in this field ;)
You get around the expansive property by bicycle or golf cart. The bicycles are left at your villa for you...
My stay at the Wyndham Danang Golden Bay was absolutely fantastic, and a large part of that was thanks to the phenomenal service. The hotel itself is beautiful, with large, clean rooms and stunning views.
I want to especially commend a few staff members for their exceptional efforts:
* Ms. Becky (Concierge): Ms. Becky went above and beyond to ensure our trip was smooth. She not only arranged transportation but also patiently helped us with practical tasks like installing a local SIM card,...
This hotel was located right across from the beach, so it was very convenient! There were also lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The pool was also really nice. The only complaint was that we could hear our neighbors quite clearly, so maybe more noise cancelation would be helpful.
I LOVE this hotel.
The room was immaculate, super comfortable, quiet, and it had a great view of Da Nang. Breakfast was good but I enjoyed wandering around the neighborhood for delicious local specialties. I much prefer this location (an easy walk to the beach) to the big "waterfront" hotels.
The best part is the staff. Housekeeping, restaurant, bellmen- all smiles. The "Apple Team" at the front desk is wonderful! They handled my ever-changing needs (including a few extensions because...
Staffs are friendly. Good food and nice hotel.
But, on the check out morning, my daughter was scare when we found out a cockroach on the floor. We also show that to the room service.
Good staff, clean hotel, good value. You can see the ocean from the front facing rooms, very short walk to the beach maybe 300 meters. Juice stand and cafe and restaurant next door and across the street as well as laundry service.
We found this hotel to be an excellent choice for our 5 day stay in Da nang. It was across the highway to the beach. The beach was lovely. No litter or trash to speak up like other parts of Vietnam that we visited. There were bikes we could use coutesy of the hotel. We also enjoyed a massage as a perk to our extended stay. The free breakfast was large with various options each morning. Eggs, Pho, fruits, assorted main dishes and pastries. Afternoon tea is also available daily.
The staff was...
