"Unfortunately the bathroom had a smell of urine. I guess because I booked through 3rd Party I was not made aware that the pool was closed. I asked housekeeping for something the clean but they had nothing."

"The hotel room was not well maintained. There was no microwave where there should have been one. The mini fridge below where the microwave should have been was clean but a bit wobbly. There was only one towel in the bathroom upon arrival and the bottom part of handicap bar in the shower was not attached. I went to grab onto it while showering and it swung to the right almost causing me to fall. Later on, I went to the front office to ask for more towels because they do not have phones in the hotel room to call the front desk. Once back in the room, I noticed a brown stain on one of the towels the person at the front desk had just given me."

"Property is dated and it shows, but room was well maintained and clean. I stayed in Room 326 and the bath tub did not drain well when taking a shower. The cloth curtains did not prevent water from escaping out off the shower and soaking the floor and walls outside the tub. There was visible water damage to the wall near the tub and soaking of the floor that could damage the floor below. I dried the floor as much as possible, but not sure other patrons would do the same. I would replace the cloth shower curtains with more effective shower curtains or doors. The breakfast was satisfactory and offered patrons several options. The staff was extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful!"

"The location was convenient for our trip into NYC, and the hotel is a reasonably priced option for a place to sleep and go forward. The breakfast had diverse offerings, and the dining room staff were exceptional -- very friendly and helpful with every aspect of the dining; they really brightened up our day. The room cleaning staff were also very friendly, courteous and helpful. The doors between rooms were somewhat scuffed (needing some paint) and the carpets seemed a bit worn, but overall it was a good stay made especially pleasant by the friendly and helpful staff."

"The lobby looks great but the room needs updating. The vent in the bathroom was falling off. There were rust spots on the bathroom ceiling. It took the water a while to get hot. The room was in the back of hotel and there was a shed and space that could be used as a hiding spot. I would not stay here again and I would not recommend it. One night stay was too much."

"The women at the front desk at night were amazing!!! We were so tired from traveling from Florida. My parents are 83 and have trouble getting around. We came for my son’s college graduation, and the woman immediately upgraded our room. She also gave us vouchers for the restaurant, which we ended up using. The bartender was nice too. I asked if they had a steamer for my son’s cap and gown and suit, which had gotten wrinkled in travel. They had one! The room was amazing— the only thing was the stove did not work. Everything else was great, though. The beds were so comfy!!! The pool is nice too. We just loved our stay. I had never stayed at a Hyatt House before. Always stayed at a Residence Inn or Homewood Suites, but I am a convert now. It was also close to the holy grail of grocery stores, Wegmans! We got plenty of meals and snacks that only required a microwave. It’s in a safe area too. Everything for my son’s graduation was just perfect thanks to your lovely, kind and helpful front desk staff. Those ladies rock!!! Thank you so very much!!"
