"Staff was great at check in! Super nice and funny young gentleman checked us in. Room(suite) was spacious enough for our family of 5. Pull out mattress needs a. Upgrade but regular mattresses were nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. Ran out super early took a bit to track someone down. But otherwise decent meal. We waited until later for the pool thinking small kids would be in bed. They were not lol, pool was slightly small for as many people that were there. However everyone seemed to make it work. Hot tub was nice to relax but little kids would come back and forth between it and the pool. I don’t mind usually just wished they would have came in gently and relaxed lol. Would definitely stay again."

"It was a beautiful room! It could have been more clean in my opinion. The bed sheets smelled like they had been in the closet for a few months before use. There was dirt around the windows and the remote only worked next to the tv. The room was scorching hot at midnight and so finally I asked for some help and was informed the only option was a box fan. It did help but I had to open up my room for a little to get the fresh air flowing. I had previously paid for a late 1 pm check out. And the day of check out at 11 am I get a phone call asking if I needed any help with checking out. I said, Uh no I paid extra on top of the already high enough expense to check out Later and then they had to double check, confirmed and apologized. I reserved the room for one person and they set it up for a couple. But it’s ok. Otherwise it was beautiful"

"The room was very clean and visually appealing. We stayed on the 3rd floor and we could see the ocean from the room/balcony which was very nice. The staff was also very helpful and kind. The amenities were also great and my partner and I loved the adult hours for the pool, very relaxing. I would definitely recommend staying here!"
