"Hotel is clean and staff is super nice. However, the sofa bed’s mattress is horrible. Woke up with a sore back. We also experienced a bad encounter with 2 of their younger guests who were apparently drunk and high. "

"Could use more towels and wash clothes. Clothes Hangers would be helpful. The room was pretty musty."

"Very dated, “pillows” were paper thin, coffee was cheap, creamer was powder. Furniture is very old, had rips, and stains. Would have given 2 stars if not for the staff. She was very helpful and kind. When we got there our A/C was broken. Very hot in the room. Sold out too. Luckily there was a last minute cancellation, otherwise we would have be screwed."
