From start to finish, my stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every need was met with a smile. My stay was really good. The only reason it wasn’t absolutely perfect was no fault of the hotel owners. One side of their complex was completely without power, and it happened to include their office space. This meant that their wifi and payment systems were off line. They could only accept cash, and I had to go to an ATM because I don’t carry cash when I travel. Other than that, clean, comfortable, and convenient.
They management people are the best in the world and the rooms are by far the best in all of Barstow. The location you have every major food chain within walking distance and shopping centers as well. If you don't have a car, Uber or Lyft theirs a bus that comes right in front of the Hotel and it will drop you off right into of Walmart inwhich is a mile a way so you can shop for all the things you might need and more. The hotel is nice and clean and quiet while we were there. The staff was very helpful and check in was a breeze. The room has a fridge at no extra charge which was wonderful. We were going to go to jack n the box on our way out but dining was closed so we decided to eat at Penny's for the 1st time and the food was excellent. We were so glad we stayed at Travelodge and ate at Penny's.
A nice clean hotel in what looked to be a safe area. The grounds were clean and the room was clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was what we’ve all come to expect for hotel fare these days. A waffle maker, and a couple of hot dishes. When we were there the choices were scrambled eggs, seasoned potatoes on one side and biscuits and gravy in the other. The breakfast area was large ,clean and well attended. Overall a nice stay
Great price for a clean and comfortable place to stay. Microwave and fridge in the room (there were even two water bottles left for us). Good breakfast (deluxe continental). Beds are firm. Easy to unpack from car simce sliding glass door to room is right next to parking spot. Lots of fast food and restaurants within walking distance. Counter in bathroom unusually low but that's not a big deal.
The hotel was exceptionally clean. The service was very friendly. Breanna at the front desk was sweet and helpful. Breakfast was an actual breakfast (eggs, sausage, juice, waffles, cereal). The food was delicious and fresh. Acquilla was managing the breakfast area. She was super friendly and kept the breakfast area organized and clean. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to family and friends.
Check in was quick and friendly. They put me on the 4th floor, since I was staying 4 nights for work. I was able to sleep undisturbed and you always saw a helpful employee daily.
Wonderful property! The staff were so kind and helpful with everything. Everything was very clean as well! One bonus was you didn’t need a silly WiFi password to figure out! Loved that!
