"Hi. I stayed at Mt. Olympus Water & Theme Park Resort on March 24–25. Unfortunately, the room had a strong unpleasant odor, and my child developed continuous coughing during the night, likely due to poor cleaning or air quality. The conditions were not acceptable, and we were unable to comfortably stay. We even decided to skip the water park entirely and checked out early. Given these circumstances, I am requesting a partial refund or compensation. Thank you for your understanding."

"Do not waste your time or money with this inn I had to make appointment for my room to be clean and bed sheets to be changed I had to request for towels and the breakfast was horrible I had to request for room to be clean pool and hot tub was dirty"

"Hotel was fine in general, but the shower was out of soap when I got there. I had to pump soap from the sink into a cup to use in the shower...should NEVER happen. Ironing board was funky. Housekeeping needs to treat those like linens and wash frequently. Breakfast had powdered eggs, but great coffee. "

"Breakfast menu was good but couldn't reach glasses for juice,, they were on top of machine. No clock in room. Staff was great."

"The disability room we were assigned to had bed that were so high i needed a step stool to get into and tub that was so it was a trip hazard. When people were loud after quiet hours we were told there is nothing could do or say to them. It sounded like they we bowling above us. Had to ask for towels to the pool area and they only would give you small very unabsobant ones. You definitely get what you pay for here. "
