Very clean

Quiet and clean. Comfortable beds.

I highly recommend this hotel. We spent 2 nights with our 6 year old granddaughter. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. The bed was comfy with lots of pillows. The pool area was very clean. Plenty of towels. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had at a hotel. Plenty of hot delicious food. I highly recommend it!

Make sure to pack your bathing suits and kids floats! They do not sell them at the hotel (totally should though) The beds were super comfortable! We got a king size bed with a pull out couch for our two younger kids & the room still had room for their little toys and games! The waterpark was super cute! Must be 42 inches to ride the water slide. There is a tiny turtle slide in the kid area my almost 2 year old enjoyed in a foot and 1/2 of water. The pool area is only a little over 3 feet of...

The rooms were big and was impressed with the kitchen and how well stocked it was for a hotel room. Full size fridge, microwave, dishes, utensils and a dishwasher. The shower was great and it was quiet. The breakfast were great as well and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pull chain for the shades did break when we tried to open the blinds but, hey, that happens. Would stay here again!

Wasn't quite sure what to expect considering the place looked empty but it was wonderful! Best kept secret in the area for affordable luxury hotels.

Our room was amazing and the staff, especially the night host was awesome! She was very accommodating and awesome personality!

Be aware that you will have to present a $50 deposit at check in. It has been 48+ hours since check out and my transaction is still pending. I know this fairly normal today, but also with the cost of living having $50 missing for days is hard. The staff were nice, breakfast was okay, the pancake maker is slow and always had a significant line. The pool was great, gym had everything for good cardio and light weight workout. Over all a great stay, we will be back!

We were pretty much in and out, but we loved the atmosphere, the ease of checking in and out, and the fact that it was very clean and nice. I did like the vibe overall.

What a gem!! Super clean, incredible staff. Shout out to Kiersten who went above and beyond to make our large family comfortable. Pool is clean and wonderfully warm. Breakfast was good too. Airport shuttle was on time and efficient. Would absolutely recommend this hotel and it’s friendly staff.

Absolutely amazing! My boyfriend and I have stayed at this location before, which is why we chose it again. Although we live in Lawrence, KS, we were volunteering for early morning shifts at PCKC 2025 and wanted to stay close by, but in a little less crowded area. This hotel is only a mile away from the KC Convention Center and Bartle Hall and a block or two away from the street car that will drop you off a block away from the convention center. We did end up walking to the convention center...

The hotel was new and nicely maintained. All the staff was friendly and helpful. We were just passing through town with a day at the zoo and this hotel was very convenient for us to get to and easy to get back on the road again.

Was a nice place .. parking not the greatest but felt safe

The entrance to the hotel was kinda crazy. Other than that it was great. Room was very nice, bed very comfortable. Was easy walk to the T-Mobile center for our concert. Would stay again.

Front desk staff and valet attendants were very friendly and helpful. Valet option was great since downtown parking was scarce since there were 2 TSO concerts at T-Mobile Center. Valet attendant was very helpful giving me best route to take to concert. Didn't use any of the amenities.

My sheets were crisp, front desk all had smiles and kindness in their voice. Breakfast was fresh, delicious with a huge variety. Wonderful experience

We had a nice stay for two nights. All the staff we interacted with was helpful and nice especially Aaliyah. The room was nice. It was nice having the pool although we didn't use it. The breakfast was really nice and a great selection.

Hotel located in a central place near everything. Nice theme, clean, perfect staff and spacious room. Varieties of water slides to accomodate every age. Love it and will go again. Had wonderful time.
