Very clean

I highly recommend this hotel. We spent 2 nights with our 6 year old granddaughter. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. The bed was comfy with lots of pillows. The pool area was very clean. Plenty of towels. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had at a hotel. Plenty of hot delicious food. I highly recommend it!

Wasn't quite sure what to expect considering the place looked empty but it was wonderful! Best kept secret in the area for affordable luxury hotels.

The rooms were big and was impressed with the kitchen and how well stocked it was for a hotel room. Full size fridge, microwave, dishes, utensils and a dishwasher. The shower was great and it was quiet. The breakfast were great as well and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pull chain for the shades did break when we tried to open the blinds but, hey, that happens. Would stay here again!

Be aware that you will have to present a $50 deposit at check in. It has been 48+ hours since check out and my transaction is still pending. I know this fairly normal today, but also with the cost of living having $50 missing for days is hard. The staff were nice, breakfast was okay, the pancake maker is slow and always had a significant line. The pool was great, gym had everything for good cardio and light weight workout. Over all a great stay, we will be back!

Our room was amazing and the staff, especially the night host was awesome! She was very accommodating and awesome personality!

Make sure to pack your bathing suits and kids floats! They do not sell them at the hotel (totally should though) The beds were super comfortable! We got a king size bed with a pull out couch for our two younger kids & the room still had room for their little toys and games! The waterpark was super cute! I searched hotels for 3 days and read reviews after reviews finally coming to this hotel on expedia and the reviews were amazing the pictures were amazing so I canceled my other reservation that was closer to Worlds of Fun for this one 20min away... it was a very great decision!!! It started with the check in, as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and friendliness. All the details of the hotel were shared with me. Loved staying here for the Taylor Swift concert! Front desk staff was very kind and helpful, and had some helpful tips for transport around the city. The area has every dining and shopping option you could want. Breakfast was also fantastic both days we were there. Highly recommend and we will be staying here again on our next trip to KC!

Quiet and clean. Comfortable beds.

We stayed over the weekend as a little getaway and it was the most amazing place we’ve ever stayed. My sheets were crisp, front desk all had smiles and kindness in their voice. Breakfast was fresh, delicious with a huge variety. Wonderful experience

The entire property is very clean & the staff was friendly and helpful. They offer safe long-term, gated parking ($7 per day I believe) with free airport shuttle in a brand new cargo van. It runs every 20 minutes starting at 3am until late evening. Our driver Lee was a sweet older gentleman. Will definitely stay here again.

We were pretty much in and out, but we loved the atmosphere, the ease of checking in and out, and the fact that it was very clean and nice. I did like the vibe overall.

The rooms are so nice and clean and the mansion is beautiful inside and out.
