Very clean. We chose a smaller room and it had everything we needed without losing character or feeling cramped. Restaurant was very good, albeit expensive. The continental breakfast was nice. Inn has been beautifully restored- a lot of care and time went into the choices. We really enjoyed the breakfast area view and sunshine. Nice trail behind the Inn- goes 14 miles if you have the time and energy!!

Our family stayed in multiple rooms for 2 nights in April during spring break so we could visit the National Baseball Hall of Fame. The hotel was one week new and in a great location. The drive to Dreams park is about 20 minutes down a 2 lane road that is very serene and fun to drive. Cooperstown downtown is about 15 minutes away. Do NOT let the map location trick you into staying somewhere closer to Downtown/Dreams. You will be doing yourself a disservice.
