Great front desk service. This hotel opened in December 2020 so iit’s very new. The staff is still learning so be patient. The room was exceptionally clean. Stayed mainly beacause there are Tesla superchargers within the hotel parking lot. This hotel, and the town of Yuma itself, turned out to be a wonderful place to visit. We had a great stay. We have only one suggestion for all hotels in the desert. You should put a canopy over the pool during the summer. The shade would make the pool usable even when hot, and the water would stay cooler.

Nice affordable room for a large group. For under $100 we had 3 Queen sized beds in a large room. The wall air conditioning kept the room comfortable while the outside temperature was over 100! Mini frige held plenty of cold drinks. Ice machine was full. Free coffee in the lobby that you would make yourself using single serve pods. Plenty of free parking.
We've stayed at the Marriott Fairfield Inn (rated as a 2 star hotel by Marriott) and now the Springhill Suites (3 stars) adjacent to it, here in Yuma, now. The room is a little bigger - nice to have a separate alcove with a desk - but otherwise identical to the Fairfield - including the room rate. Nice, clean, hot tub & close to Penny's Diner (recommend).
There staff was very accommodating and very friendly! There was always someone to approach at the front desk if we needed anything and they were quick to get it to us. I would stay here again not only because the hotel was very nice but the staff was awesome!
Super clean and new property. Pet friendly good air conditioning. Have fitness room and laundry if you need it. Elevator unfortunately went out of service but they had it up and running pretty fast after. Plenty of good food spots around the area everything is within a few minutes drive
