Nice staff, comfortable room, clean and good free breakfast

Our most recent stay to the area was above the rest. We used to live in the area and travel back frequently to visit families. Our stay in a hotel over Christmas sounds anything but great, however, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay feel welcoming. Each time we walked in the lobby we were greeted with a smile. We had each need met despite staffing shortages that COVID has caused in the hotel world. Our experiences in the neighboring hotels have been less than what we have paid for...

I like this hotel low key

I liked how inviting property was. Exquisite property. My boyfriend and I liked this property.

For the price it was amazing. Definitely a place where the weekend is happening so don’t expect a quiet night if you’re going to stay there on the weekends. There are weird hours as far as when you could come into the building but overall I really enjoyed the day. It was a good location and I felt safe.

This place is sooooo clean. The bathroom looked like a showroom display. I felt guilty for even taking a shower in it. This should be the benchmark standard of hotel cleanliness.

Quick one night stay but satisfied

The hotel was overall good; clean, modern, safe, bed was comfortable etc. however the pillows were flat. PS: would appreciate if that hotel advised the parents to observe quiet time after 10.30. We had kids running outside our room after 11.30!

Great stay. No complaints.

We were staying in a Marriott downtown Philadelphia for a business conference and then stayed one night at a Comfort Suites and I wish we would of stayed in a Comfort Suites the whole time because it was bigger better and cheaper and had better customer service

Easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. We only had to stay for one night but each staff member was very pleasant. The room was spacious and clean. The shower was great. Breakfast options were simple but great. Definitely a much better experience than other hotels my family and I have stayed in around the same area.

We stayed there specifically for visiting Hershey Park. Although Hershey is about a 20 minute drive, the hotel was perfect for our family. My husband & I and our 3 boys had plenty of room, the beds were comfortable and having 2 bathrooms was a huge plus. The breakfast in the morning was great, and the dining area was very nice. Great coffee, too!!

This was my second stay. The room was really nice,, and huge. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful, you could get fat with as many options as they give you. The hotel staff is always friendly, the place is clean, and it's a place I'll be visiting a 3rd time. I'd definitely recommend this hotel, it's one of the best I've ever stayed in.

Great option for something close to Hershey

Very little traffic, very quiet overnight and within easy walking distance of a good Italian eatery. Already planning to return next year
