Staff were exceptional and attentive to our concerns. They were always accommodating, friendly and welcoming to us. Considering we had a group of 29 mainly children, the pool was small but overall, my group had a great time. Nice staff, comfortable room, clean and good free breakfast

Our most recent stay to the area was above the rest. We used to live in the area and travel back frequently to visit families. Our stay in a hotel over Christmas sounds anything but great, however, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay feel welcoming. Each time we walked in the lobby we were greeted with a smile. We had each need met despite staffing shortages that COVID has caused in the hotel world. Our experiences in the neighboring hotels have been less than what we have paid for...

For the price it was amazing. Definitely a place where the weekend is happening so don’t expect a quiet night if you’re going to stay there on the weekends. There are weird hours as far as when you could come into the building but overall I really enjoyed the day. It was a good location and I felt safe.

bathroom wasnt really clean, tub has mold and there were bugs inside.room Room Carpet was dirty too.

The hotel has a very secure and well lighted parking area, and is very well maintained. The front desk staff and cleaning staff were very nice and accommodating as I overslept and didn’t leave until an hour after checkout time. The room itself was so clean and comfortable that I wish I could have stayed another night just to relax in the room! In the return leg of my trip I booked the same hotel, because it is really nice.

This was one of the best Comfort Inn's I've stayed at. Nice lobby and breakfast area. Water and coffee is available 24x7. Room was very clean and nice. Location was very quiet. Breakfast met our expectations. Great value for the price.

Love the comfort and space in the suites. Breakfast was good and pool area is always fun for the kiddos!

Just an overnight stay for business. Enjoyed the restaurant. Truly appreciated the quiet hallways and comfortable beds. Employees were attentive without being obtrusive. As a woman alone I felt comfortable with the hotel

We were in town for my father’s funeral All of the staff members were very accommodating and friendly. One person that stood out and went above and beyond was Dawn in the Bistro. She was super sweet, kind and friendly. We felt as if we made a friend while staying here. She is an asset to your hotel.

This Comfort Inn was a convenient location to Messiah College where I was attending a Conference. The staff, particularly at the front desk, was very friendly and helpful especially at check-in and check-out. Also I can't say enough about the free breakfast. There was a different menu (eggs, sausage, waffles, etc.) served every day and it was always delicious! And there was an on-site staff member who spent a lot of time making sure that there was enough food and keeping the breakfast room...
