"The staff at check in was absolutely the best. Hotels.com, you should fix your advertisement though, there isn't any adjacent parking and on a holiday weekend with big shows in town we were almost without a place to park"

"This hotel was very nice! I am always pleased when a hotel smells nice and kept tidy. The room did not disappoint. Reservation and check-in was a breeze. After a long day of travel, my partner and I slept very well. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Just to note, please plan ahead for parking (there is no onsite parking at the hotel). They only have valet, a parking garage, or street parking if you can find a spot."

"Most hotels have bar soap for the bathroom. I was told there was none. We had to use the body wash from the shower. The breakfast buffet was not worth it. ($19.50 per person) There was hardly anything in the pans. We were told stuff was coming, but we didn’t wait. (They were not busy). Be aware there is not much parking. Your car might be put on a lift in the lot. The hotel was very clean & quick check in."
