Clean room staff was friendly

I stayed 3 nights this past weekend. I reserved a studio. It was great! Very nice! Very clean! And very friendly staff. The bed was comfortable, plenty of different pillows to choose from, nice atmosphere. I thought it was odd that rooms have either bath or shower, but not both together. I had a shower which was nice and spacious. I was able to experience the reception on Thursday night. It's only offered Monday thru Thursday (which is fine). This is the best hotel in the area, food close by, and staff very friendly.

Quiet town outside of New Orleans. Nice, clean rooms and friendly service.

breakfast was fresh and varied. staff at counter was very professional and prompt. Melissa greeted me the first day and we discovered a Jacksonville connection! room was clean and up to date.

Stayed here for the United Houma Nation powwow and it was very clean, the staff was very nice, and a decent breakfast. The room was very comfortable. I will stay again next year.

We were down for daughter’s birthday. Our room faced the front of the hotel, the room was fabulous. Small kitchenette coffee pot, 2 burner stove, apt size fridge/freezer, sink with paper towels,dishwasher and a dinette table with 2 chairs and general kitchenware. Bed very clean and comfy, would prefer the standard size pillows opposed to the throw size pillows a lot of hotels are going to now, wonderful a/c unit. Full size bathroom, shower tub combo, Iron and board, hair dryer. Plenty of plugins...

From the moment I checked in the hotel staff was friendly, kind and professional. The room was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. I would stay at this location again.

I was greeted with great customer service by the staff. I loved how clean everything was. Definitely will be staying here again when I come to Thibodaux. I don’t want to stay anywhere else.

This was honestly a great hotel, well kept, people were nice, my teenagers had a great time. There was some people having a birthday party I think next door to my room, but I've done that before. They were noisy until like 10 then they calmed it down. I almost called the front desk but realized we are all human and want to live our best life so I let it ride and it stopped. Half of the hotel seemed to be under renovation but it was honestly not an issue. My kids were safe to roam about,...
