From check-in to checkout, we had a wonderful stay! The beds are comfortable and the room was spacious as we had 4 adults and two children. The breakfast is terrific and the front desk very helpful. Great proximity to Hershey!! I would stay here again!

We have stayed here 4 times. Always pleasant, clean and with staff that go above and beyond. Each room offers a little different amenities.

Staff were exceptional and attentive to our concerns. They were always accommodating, friendly and welcoming to us. Considering we had a group of 29 mainly children, the pool was small but overall, my group had a great time. I love the fact that tea and coffee was available 24/7, there was a slight variety in breakfast each morning, they had hot options, it went till 10am, and the lounge area was comfortable and fun for children as well. Great staff

Love the comfort and space in the suites. Breakfast was good and pool area is always fun for the kiddos!

Our room was great. Perfect for our family. Had a queen bed for us, bunk beds for the kids, and a pull out sofa. We had connect four on the wall and an arcade machine in our room. We were minutes from HersheyPark, and the Hotel wasn’t very crowded at all. Hospitality was great, the parking situation was nice. Very reasonably priced for what it was. Would definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff was very nice. The room is clean and spacious.

bathroom wasnt really clean, tub has mold and there were bugs inside.room Room Carpet was dirty too.

We were in town for my father’s funeral All of the staff members were very accommodating and friendly. One person that stood out and went above and beyond was Dawn in the Bistro. She was super sweet, kind and friendly. We felt as if we made a friend while staying here. She is an asset to your hotel.

Clean and convenient. The suite was perfect for three friends traveling together!

I enjoyed my stay. But the staff needs some work. When I checked in and out I had to yell hello three times until someone came out to help me. Why wasn't anybody attending the desk? But other than that it was a nice hotal. I'd come again.
