Hooks Hideaway Motel
8/10 Good
"We had a good 3 night stay while exploring the east side of Glacier. We were there to sleep and it was exactly what we needed. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff we interacted with were very nice and helpful. Our one recommendation would be bring earplugs, if you’re sensitive to noises while sleeping. The hallway can be loud when others are moving in or out. Otherwise, the motel was quiet. We would stay again."
Glacier Park Lodge
10/10 Excellent
"This beautiful historic lodge was such a special experience! The common areas are warm and inviting. Sit in the comfy chairs in front of the fireplace, listen to live music in the evenings. We enjoyed lounging on a rainy day. A guest sat at the piano and played, an unexpected treat. History abounds in the photos and info boards throughout the lobby lounge, so informative! The souvenir shop had quality gifts and mementos. Wanda, the woman at Information was outstanding! So helpful and friendly! While we loved the common areas, beware, this is an old historic lodge and there is no elevator! We carried our bags to the 3rd floor. Rooms are very small and bathrooms even smaller. The sink is tiny, you can't really turn around in the shower. If you like being pampered, this is not for you! The lodge location is fabulous for access to the east park, and well worth the stay. I would do it again. Being prepared for the experience makes it better."

"Large rooms very clean and beds comfortable. Hotel in excellent shape. It was hard to see the road entrance at night."
Whistling Swan Motel
10/10 Excellent
"Don't judge this book by the covers. Rooms were extremely neat and warm. Beds and sheets were clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A safe, quiet, convenient and great place to stay with family if you are not picky about having a swanky front desk."
Glacier Alpine Lodges
8/10 Good
"If you don’t want to deal with steep steps up to the loft area, Amtrak trains going by at night, and a rooster crowing every morning, you should probably skip this place. If you don’t mind any of this, it’s a cute and reasonably priced place to stay outside Glacier National Park. Good coffee shop next door. The bed in the loft was super cozy and a great place to nap if it’s raining. Probably a better choice for younger, agile people due to the stairs up to the sleeping area."
