We had a great stay at this hotel. The property is clean, well-maintained, and has solid infrastructure. My room and bathroom were very clean. I liked that the bedding smelled fresh. Check in was quick. The only downsize was they don't have a shuttle to the airport.

This hotel is perfect and Lou is great. He should be there 24/7 to greet your guests, we always looked forward to seeing him when we were coming in and out from our adventures. Rooms are really big and views are amazing

This hotel had literally the best customer service I've had in a long time, possibly ever! The staff were ALL great. My room was well-appointed, comfortable, and clean. The location is excellent with lots of restaurants, etc.

I have stayed in several different hotels in Philadelphia, and this was by far the best continental breakfast I have had in the city. Many different options that made for a great, filling meal. My room was also great, and the hotel was close to everything I wanted to get to.

Sonesta Rittenhouse Square is absolutely perfect for business travel while we are in Philadelphia, our very favorite City in the USA!
