We love this place. When we first stayed there years ago we had no other options...but now we stay there and it is our FIRST choice. The owners are great. It is very reasonable and they allow my two large dogs. It is an older place but they keep it very clean. They give me ice every morning at the office and they are very informative if you want to know about places to go in the area. We highly recommend this place.

Maria & Brian are excellent hosts! Even though we only stayed for one night, and arrived when it was getting dark, her communication with us made check-in very easy. Absolutely a wonderful place to stay. There was a Blizzard, and the room had a small gas stove, it was cozy. Having the tavern downstairs was a bonus, there was even live music. The memorabilia and historic photos around the Inn gave it a quaintness of years gone by. My stay at the inn was very pleasant. The only thing I struggled with which wasn't a big deal is the fireplace in the room, even on the lowest temp, makes the room very hot. I ended up just turning it off completely. I'm sure in the winter months this will be delightful. The fireplace looks nice and the room in cozy. It's just I found the heat pumping out of it very hot, even when turned all the way down. No biggy. I would definitely come back. Beautiful inn. The beds are very cozy.
