Our stay was fabulous. The social hour was great! Our suite was so nice. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The only thing that we would have like was that the pool be warmer. After an over 90 degree day and traveling, we were looking forward to a nice swim. The water was freezing. We didn’t see anyone use it.

I have stayed in other hotels in area, and the Fairfield in is SUPER CLEAN!! The breakfast was good. I would definitely rate 5 stars. I travel to area often and will definitely will book here

I’d been staying here cuz it’s like home , kitchenette , separate bedroom & etc. Just love it. Keep it in mind for next vacation.

there was obvious smoking on the fifth floor and I moved down to the first floor, was told at the desk it was in the air filters and I gave her a room number where smoke was coming out of under the door.

Room accommodations were fantastic. Everything's was clean, quiet, and enjoyable. Included breakfast was also good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was really close to a lot of dining and shopping options. Definitely recommend anytime.

This is new hotel and it is excellent. The room was extremely clean and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. The bed was very soft and comfortable. I usually don't sleep well in a hotel room, but I slept the whole night as if I was home. The whole stay was exceptional!

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. My son really enjoyed the pool. It was easy to get to and around Pittsburgh. The free parking was definitely a plus.

Spacious room with modern decor, comfortable beds and spectacular view of the city, river and boats. We had breakfast at the Factory and it was excellent. The portions were huge, the food was delicious and the server was outstanding. Front desk staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Stayed here while we were in Pennsylvania for my grandfather's funeral. It was a lovely hotel. The staff was great and the service was excellent.

We needed a place to stay that was close to the Pittsburgh paints arena. It was within walking distance and easy to get to from the hotel.
