This was my first time in NOLA and this hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were incredible and everyone was so friendly. Perfect location to hit Bourbon St!! Thank you guys for the warm hospitality. Southwest changed our flight and we got into NOLA at 8:15 in the morning. It was close to the things we wanted to visit. This is a Historic building divided up into suites and has a courtyard area. We liked that we could walk to many attractions.
My first room was clearly not meant to be used (it looked like it had been turned upside down) but the friendly staff quickly moved me to a different room and it was great. They were very apologetic about the error.

The Algeris Ferry is about 20 minutes away with free parking around the streets so if anything I saved a lot by staying here and on this side of the river. Stayed the night before going on a cruise. Was e to leave our vehicle there for the week at no charge and take a taxi to the port. They even took care of getting the taxi to get us to the port. Very professional and friendly service.

Very clean hotel close to the Riverwalk, French Quarter and Cruise terminal. They offer a free cruise shuttle that was very easy to use. Breakfast was average but was just enough. We will definitely consider them if we return to New Orleans.
