"Your front desk receptionist (female) was very helpful to us. We left our credit card in the shuttle and she helped me retrieve them before my flight took off. The bus driver on Tuesday morning was very helpful. The bus driver on Monday at 5:30 was totally absorbed with his music blaring, and he had the heat turned up high without asking the single bus rider (me) anything about comfort or sound. I literally was burning up and asked him to turn it down. Absolutely, not a single word of welcome or anything. Terrible first impression for hotel. Don’t know his name but he wore Versace sunglasses. Train him up in the Hilton way."

"Despite reading previous poor reviews was pleasantly surprised to find a clean, updated, comfortable room with good mattress, pillows, water pressure. Breakfast had variety, did not run out but I was there early, and afternoon cookies were a welcome touch. I must not have been the only one to think well of property as the front and back parking lots were full come night."
