"If you're looking for a 5 star luxury hotel, don't look here. But if you're looking for a clean, comfortable, safe, but older motel in a convenient location with a decent price, you've come to the right place. I wasn't expecting too much, so I was pleasantly surprised at what I found. It's located right off the highway only one exit north of the Kancamagus. Very convenient."

"As other reviews stated it is a very clean and well-maintained property off the main road in Lincoln NH in a secluded back road across from a miniature golf range. The staff were very helpful including Alessandro at the front desk, Gregory in housekeeping and not to forget the two lady breakfast servers. The hotel is well located in a quiet area of the White Mountains off route 93 but still within walking distance to the main street in Lincoln. We would definitely stay there again when we return to the White Mountain area."

"The room was big, and exactly as listed. Good price. Several small issues. Cable box in one room didn’t work. 3 out of 5 soap dispensers didn’t work. Shower in the master suite had a leak and sprayed water all over the bathroom, wetting a large area. Doors and windows missing hardware. We liked the room enough that those things didn’t matter as much as they may seem issues though!"
