Really great breakfast.

The Sheraton was very clean, nice restaurant, great access for shuttling to the airport and overall great experience.

I'm never disappointed when I stay at Springhill Suites no matter where the location is.

Clean rooms with friendly staff. Ruby Tuesday in front of hotel parking lot.

This hotel was a last minute booking for my layover in CLt and they were nothing but great and accommodating to me. Inreally like the kitchen area that comes with the room compete with fridge, microwave and stove. I want to thank Joseph and Elektra for helping me and being so kind. Would recommend this place. Looking forward to booking with them if I ever need a place to stay while in CLT.

Came in town for Chicago Bears vs Panthers game. Had a great stay at the hotel. The air-conditioning was the best as well. Very clean and great view. Good location walking distance to many restaurants.

Great comfy bed. Don't have a room near an elevator.

The staff were friendly, superior service our entire visit. We came for the Duke game and they gave us Go Duke stickers. Great environment, service, easy walk to and from Spectrum Center and the fitness center was exceptional. Thank you for making our first visit to NC a great experience!

staff at check-in was rude and not helpful would not check us in until 3pm on the dot. we got there 5 minutes before and the guy told us didnt i tell you 3pm and walked away from the desk not to return until 3pm exactly me and several other guest just looked at each other and shook our heads but Greg and the cleaning staff were the best. always helpful. The room was very large and very very clean. I received a call at checkout from a rude person at front desk threatening to charge for another...

We were there with band students for All-District. Kids loved it...very classy.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We were driven by the shuttle to dinner. Great location with great restaurants near by. Hotel was modern with great aesthetics.

Amazing hospitality! We stayed for 2 nights. The breakfast was amazing! Make your own waffles, eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, granola, bagels, muffins, toast, scones, juices, milk, coffee and teas. The toiletries are all Paul Mitchell. The pool was open until 11 but no one came and kicked us out at 11 so the kids were super happy until us parents told them it was time to go upstairs for bed lol. McDonald’s is right in front of the hotel, there’s a pizza place behind it, a Starbucks...

I had a cancel flight. And rescheduled for an early morning flight at 6am. The shuttle service was not available until 5am. Therefore, I was nervous, I would possibly miss my flight. I wish there was 24hr Airport Shuttle service, the good news, I made my flight.

Check I was a breeze and she was such a blessing after a fifteen hour day!

The place was clean ,staff was very nice. I will definitely stay here again
