Our stay was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly, (a bit of language barrier with housekeeping) but nice. breakfast was amazing and had coffee, tea, water around the clock. easy check in/out. The grounds were taking care of since, it was snowing. everything was clean and hand sanitizer all around. was located near places to eat, and shopping, walking distance

Convenient, comfortable with a nice breakfast. My room was at the top of the stairs above the restaurant. Pleasant aroma to awake to.

The hotel was conveniently located to the highway. The room was clean and the iron in the room was good.

Watch out for the hotel to try to tell you only one free breakfast, with Expedia you are supposed to get two free. Otherwise a nice clean, new facility

Very quiet, clean and everything seemed new. A nice selection for breakfast. The oatmeal was good! I'm picky about coffee and theirs was very good.

NOT AT ALL WHAT I EXPECTED. I can only blame myself and Expedia, not the hosts. THIS IS A BOARDING HOUSE. YOU ARE RENTING A BEDROOM—EVERYTHING ELSE IS SHARED. I assumed I was getting the place to myself. As it turns out, I only really needed a private bedroom and a place to shower in the morning. I spent the rest of the trip visiting my daughter at college. The hosts were very pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. My stay at the Residence Inn was wonderful. I never really take the time to write reviews but I did want to commend and give recognition to Zee at the front desk. She was so accommodating and such a pleasure to converse with. She is a true attribute to this establishment. Her hospitality is top notch and I will surely return the next time I visit family.

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. This was our first time visiting the Willow Grove area. Our room was clean and most comfortable. Breakfast was satisfactory and held us until lunch. Above all, the staff was very welcoming to our dog, "Lacey". We will stay here again.

Room was clean, newer finishes, kitchenette. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Free breakfast had great options, including sausage, hash browns. Would have rated our stay 6 stars if it was an option.

The rooms were clean; the parking was easy; the breakfast buffet was delicious and at a reasonable price. The staff was very helpful.

I loved that they were very welcoming even though I got in so very late at night and they were so nice about me having my little corgi with me. This is a very good place to stay with a dog. Every thing is clean. There are places to walk your dog. The hotel is back away from the road and the rooms were quiet. The parking lot is well lite and I felt very safe. I will be staying here again.

I hesitated about reserving a room so close to the theater that was older in years considering I have a disability. I had tickets to a show at the Sellersville theater and thought I would have trouble. I could not have been proven more wrong. The staff was extraordinary helpful, very very nice rooms all renovated, food quality in the restaurant was excellent. I have a Hospitality degree so I have a high standard of service expectation. It was met and surpassed.

Staff was super friendly and there was a great buffet breakfast. The hotel is very clean and decor/design is fun! Will always look to book at this hotel chain first anytime we travel!
