Stayed here after a concert at credit union amphitheater one. Great location

Helpful staff. I got an hour extra time to check out just by asking. The wole place is extra clean and feels very new.

Great place to stay to avoid $$$ in Chicago. Easy access to downtown. Have stayed here in the past and will do it again in the future. Pillows are FANTASTIC.

I really like it very clean

We likw to stay there because it is always clean, quiet, with a well maintained property with a great breakfast.

Convenience store across street, lots of restaurants, Dunkin' donuts and coffee across street, boat architecture tour nearby, riverwalk nearby, several museums nearby and Grant Park with Cloud Gate walking distance.

This hotel was very nice and super clean! Plus we got towels. Two people and 4 bath towels to be exact . Plus hand towels and wash clothes . BIG containers in the shower if body wash, shampoo and conditioner . I forgot my shampoo so that was super useful. No daily service but we only stayed two nights. Plus we had enough towels lol.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good and tasty

This space was fabulous and the location was great. After many many stays in the city, it was fantastic to stumble across a place where a family could truly be comfortable. The rooms were incredibly clean and the floor to ceiling windows were a game-changer. The beds were solid and the toilet player was 2-ply, but other than that, it felt like a luxurious space! We will be back!

We will definitely be staying here again! Great location, clean room, and great service. They even have a great complimentary breakfast which is a must have in a city like Chicago. The staff was great also. We had to switch trains for an earlier one due to weather and got into Chicago in the AM. Check in is 4pm and with two small children we were worried about what to do for hours but the staff helped us out and luckily had a room available.
