This hotel is consistantly clean and the staff friendly. I like the convenience of being near the Asheville Outlet Mall and Biltmore Estate. My family enjoys the breakfast. The only complaint I have is that the mattresses are too firm to be comfortable for my family.
The night shift receptionists made checking in and out a breeze plus was more than helpful on dinning and things to do around Asheville...wish everyone else was as polite and helpful as she was ...i do believe her name was Zoe
This is our second time staying at the Village Hotel. We like how close it is to dining and activities, like the winery and the village. Parking is plentiful and free. The only thing I would change is that the Estate has a shuttle for Inn guests only, but I would make it available to all guests, because it literally drives right past the Village hotel with no one on it. If the Estate is priding itself on local, sustainable, environmentally friendly efforts then why force everyone to drive when...
This hotel is amazing. This was my second stay and you can bet I will be returning again soon. The staff is attentive. The rooms are well thought out and unique. I love the robes and the bed and sheets are cozy. Afterglow has the best drinks I recommend the sunset dreams. I haven’t tried the restaurant yet and the rooftop bar wasn’t open on either of my visits but I can’t wait to try them. You can’t beat the location. Just a short walk to several restaurants, bars, and breweries.
The hotel and all staff from valet to reservations to housekeeping to concierge were absolutely amazing and some of the most attentive and friendliest I have visited with since COVID.
We were in town for a mid-week concert and decided to try some place a little different. We could not have made a better decision. This really is a different kind of hotel experience. With only 14 rooms, each with its own layout and decor, and local artwork lining the halls, you can see that the owners put some thought into the renovation of this old building.
There is no 24-hour lobby attendant, each guest receives a code to enter the front door. It was very peaceful inside, with a...
We had free hotels.com nights and were disappointed that the boutique hotel in town wouldn't accept them so we booked the hampton inn instead. I am so glad we did. It was so clean, the room and beds were so comfortable, the bathrooms/showers were awesome! We enjoyed a little outdoor patio with a fire pit and some sofas. There was an indoor pool but we didn't use it...heard that it was cold! The breakfast was good and it was slightly different both days. Lots of choices and options. There was a...
I found a decent rate for this hotel at the last minute. When I arrived, I was promptly checked in and informed of the complimentary meals provided. The meals were okay, but the conditions of the living quarters were above average. The bed was comfortable and, in addition, the room as a whole was nice and clean with the exception of the shower. It was a little dingy, but nothing atrocious. Other than that, I loved this hotel, would recommend it to all my friends, and would love to stay...
Housekeepping was sloppy. Pillows thrown on beds corners not neat, sheets mussed. Dust on lamps. Micro had time left on it. Light not working in fridge.
