"Loved how helpful the staff was and it was nice to have the free shuttle to and from the park to the hotel. Housekeeping was very nice and when asked for extra items, they did not hesitate to give it to us. They have excellent room service, a must when staying here. Valet was very professional and fast. Over all my family and I loved this place and we will be back!!"

"The Tilt was a great choice for the first half of our vacation before heading down to SoCal. The location was amazing! We visited Universal Studios Hollywood, did studio tours, Griffith Observatory, Horseback riding in the Hollywood Hills, etc., and we never had a long drive to any of these places. The staff were friendly and helpful. We felt safe here and the parking was easy to get to and not too expensive for LA. The rooms could use some updating and repairs, but overall it was clean and secure. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends!"

"Everything was great, lovely property but breakfast was a faff. For some reason you’re only allowed 2 adults for buffet breakfast even though we had 2 adults and 2 kids in our suite, and they wouldn’t swap my wife’s croissant (egg allergy) for toast? When you’re paying $800 for two nights that’s not much to ask."

"Know your license plate number when checking in. The process is a bit old fashioned and not very seamless by any means. We got a block of rooms and it took awhile to get everything situated but after it was situated things went relatively smoothly. The reservation system most definitely need an upgrade though."
