The staff were kind and courteous. Room was super clean. Breakfast was good, hot, and the young man working behind the the food station was very cordial and helpful. This has been my favorite Comfort Suites I've stayed at. Well done everyone!!!❤️

It was a decent place to stay. The only drawback was the cost for the dog was 75.00 and not 50.00 as was stated.

Another wonderful stay! Love the rustic exposed brick of the Reno building, spacious suite, comfy bed. Pictures very accurate to hotel. In suite, bunch of storage if you are there for a week. Love having separate TVs from the kiddo. As of my stay the restaurant on site was closed and transitioning to a new place so you’ll have to get food elsewhere til they open. Check in was contactless, but I had the pleasure of meeting a few of the staff. Very hardworking, friendly and professional. Bed and pillows were comfortable, room was large and very comfortable. There was a little bit of chatter outside but that is to be expected bring so close to the college. I was able to walk Main St and grab dinner. We have been traveling for a week covering every southern state to decide where we are retiring. We have stayed at several big names and they did not compare to these folks. This Hotel and the Incrediably friendly staff make it a wonderful place to stay.

This was a great stay! Quiet, peaceful, and beautiful! Host had great hospitality, super kind, and very accommodating! We will definitely stay here again when in the area next! Highly recommended! :)

Budget price, room and breakfast are better than most hotels costing twice as much. We had a room on the second floor of the 3rd building, farthest away from the truck stop at the bottom of the hill. Very quiet and able to park on the upper lot so I did not have to climb stairs. I have a CPAP machine and had an excellent rest both nights. The bed was very comfortable. Will stay here again.

Right on new River trail for biking. Very clean. Although it’s self check in I was contacted often n kept up to date on check in procedures.

This was our best stay ever in the states in a budget range. The property was too clean, staff was well behaved and welcoming, even the breakfast was well prepared.

I stay at the Hampton in Fort Chiswell twice a year; on my way to Myrtle Beach for a few months in the winter, and again on my way home. I'm always made to feel welcome, the rates are extremely reasonable, the rooms are well appointed, the beds exceedingly comfortable, the staff always pleasant and helpful, and the continental breakfast excellent. What's not to like?
