Don’t hesitate, a great hotel Good service and very clean

What can I say? A few days away from the kids for somew adult time. Great food, beautiful scenery, nature's splendor. Nothing beats it. In short, a great place to "get lost."

Buen lugar, tranquilo, excelentes facilidades. Todo limpio, ordenado.

Condo had everything we needed. Staff was friendly and attentive to our additional needs such as extra pots, towels and pillows. I will stay here again. There condo we were in needed a little work but you can see by all the construction workers the rooms are being revised.

Great staff and hotel! Had the best time

The property was beautiful and the room staff was attentive But the restaurant staff some of them were terrible. I felt like they treated us poorly because we were black even though we were very professional. Celebrating Birthdays and graduations. We spent lots of money there and every restaurant treated us like crap. Two days straight we came into 2 of the restaurants and they actually seated two families before us and they didn't have reservations for.the restaurant. And they had more people...

Nice room! Also, the food area was amazing.

ROOM SIX WAS ON THE FIRST FLOOR AND JUST 12 STEPS FROM THE BEAUTIFUL BEACH. THE ROOM WAS NOT LUXURIOUS, BUT IT WAS JUST FINE. THE RESTAURANT SERVED GREAT FOOD AND DRINKS IN THE AIR CONDITIONING OR OUTSIDE ON THE BEACH. STAFF WAS VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. IT IS FOUR BLOCKS FROM THE AIR CONDITIONED BUS TO THE OLD CITY, $1.50 FOR TWO. UBER IS AVAILABLE IN THE METRO AREA, QUICK TO ARRIVE AND 40% THE COST OF TAXIS. The place was really nice, didn’t have any elevators or at least going to my unit there weren’t any so had to walk up a few stairs. The grounds were lovely but everything closed by either 10 or midnight. My only issue was I didn’t realize it was a hour away from San Juan and it’s more of a relaxing/family resort than a party “turn up” resort so it definitely wasn’t what I was expecting but nice nonetheless. The check in was great. The young man working. I forgot his name was extremely helpful

The staff was super helpful. Our excursion was cancelled and they provided us with options on how to get to the rainforest and provided helpful maps. They went above and beyond for us each and every day. It is clean and within walking distance to great restaurants.

Wonderful time in Puerto Rico! The hotel was fabulous!

I had such a amazing time here with my boyfriend. We wanted a place where we can just completely relax and enjoy the beach with restaurants nearby without the hassle of getting attacked by vendors or having the need to rent a car. After a long search for the perfect spot.. I found this little B&B. It had everything I needed: a clean room, comfy bed and a great shower! I was not sure about the area of the hotel at first, but the people were so nice , the area was also nice and we were able to walk to most places we needed to walk to , I loved the fact that I could go across the street for food. The hotel was so cool!! The small and big details made the hotel even better, our room was nice, bathroom was very big!! The room was just enough for two people

The property inside is very nice and elegant. Didn't like that have to pay 25 dollars per night for parking when im paying to stay in here. Other wise everyone is amazing. And i appreciate them.
