I'm a retired musician and the group i played with was called Cuttrout Trout.
We were a jazz trio that played several years at the Trout Festival in cotter.
The last time we played was in 2018. We stayed at this very place at that time.
Wow! It has been transformed into such a sweet place to stay.
Great memories! Great time!
This is a very old building that is absolutely beautiful! There is a parking garage which was needed since it was raining. I will definitely come back here!
Stayed 2 nights during a road trip to Arkansas. 1st floor room with an interior & exterior entrance.
Room comfortable, hotel check-in was easy & quick, room was available on arrival. Breakfast had plenty options to choose from. Would definitely stay here again.
This was a great place to stay in Harrison. Breakfast was great rooms were clean and well appointed. The bedding was something you would expect to see in a 4-star Hotel. The only negative thing I can say is if you are a non-smoker do not let them put you on the third floor. I had to go to that floor for ICE and it smelled terrible. I believe half of the floor was smoking and half was not. We were on the second floor and it did not smell like smoke. Staff was great also this was the first...
If you’re looking for a remote, cozy, and beautiful place away from everyone and everything, this is it! There’s a great view of the mountains from the back porch. When you open the door to the cabin, you’re greeted with the wonderful smell of fresh wood, as well as one of the cleanest places I’ve ever seen. I had planned on taking a scenic drive while I was there, but it was so relaxing just sitting in the rocking chair on the porch - enjoying the fresh breeze, and peace and quiet. ...
