Very clean. Great location. Really hope to return. Only issue was bed needs updating. Everything else was too-notch and love the place!

I recently stayed at the Embers for one night and wish I had a longer stay. the location was very private and beautiful. the area around it in Blowing Rock is great, with lots of dining options. the rooms are spacy. I had the single king size room . the bathrooms and showers are just beautiful and they have all the essentials you need. Very Clean, beds are comfortable, coffee water & expresso available in your room. robes and slippers are provided

Great stay. Perfect home base on our weekend ski trip to sugar mountain. Clean, comfortable, and check in / out was as easy as can be. Will stay again. Also the coffee truck was on point.

Nostalgic roadside motel. Inside the rooms have been completely renovated but kept their charm of mismatched furniture and little quirks. The owner personally welcomed me and walkes me to my room, opened the door, and turned on the lights and fan. Great service. Location is key. Right off the Blue Ridge Parkway. Lobby was absolutely beautiful ,staff was super friendly. The room could of been cleaned better as far as vacuuming goes. There was multiple fingernails next to the beds and just not cleaned well. Stains on the bed skirts that would come out with a wash. Diner next to the establishment was really good food!Breakfast at the hotel was all over the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. So many options! The best was the make your own waffles! I would definitely stay here again.

We chose this hotel because it is pet friendly. We were in town for the Winterfest and the location was perfect. We were able to walk to the shops and restaurants which is great because parking in Blowing Rock can be a challenge. Our room was clean and nicely decorated and a very comfortable bed. Would stay there again and looking forward to our trip.

WOW! What an awesome place. Brand new and spotless. High ceilings, Large corridors, fully furnished room with every amenity you could need. The king size bed was comfortable with nice sheets. Room had a fireplace, makeup/desk, kitchen sink, coffee maker, air fryer, clothes steamer, and all the coffee/tea you could make. They even have snacks in the hallway that you could enjoy. My husband and I really enjoyed. It almost pictures a bed in breakfast. Very Very clean! The room was nice and we loved the breakfast delivered to our door. They also gave us complimentary wine glasses to take home. We loved it. Could in the future invest in a microwave in the room.

Great in town accommodations. Very well appointed. We’ll be back.
