The sofa was mad before we arrived and enough towels. The front desk was so helpful and kind, need to mention Mis Madelena who provided so much info that made our visit in Lisbon enjoyable. "

"We've been staying here for years and love the spacious rooms with a separate area for the kids. However, we needed to contact the front desk for extra linens. The room phone was disabled. I had to either call with my cell or go to the front desk in person. Slightly annoying. Also, it would be nice if they could upgrade the rooms with charging ports instead of simply outlets. "
