Everything seems to be really well-maintained and I enjoy the vibe of the hotel and room. There wasn’t much in the way of staff present, but I figured that would be the case with contactless check in/out. Great value in price relative to the area! I stayed once before and definitely would again.
Staff was very accommodating, and the service was great, food, drinks, good coffee in the morning and the food we pretty good as well. Would definitely stay there again. Has charm and warmth you don't feel at other inn's or hotels. keep up the good work

Always love this location. Very convenient for our trips to Vt. Cell service in general is spotty. I really rely on the WiFi. That needs to be better in this hotel. It was not working while I was there.

One thing to note that didn’t diminish experience is it is an old building and can be creaky at night so if you’re a light sleeper maybe consider bringing earplugs. Overall highly recommend though!
This was a very nice and clean hotel. The front desk woman was very kind, helpful and even gave our girls candy when they got towels for the pool.
I have zero complaints except that the bathroom has the sliding barn door and it was not private AT ALL! Otherwise it was a great stay for one night.
We love visiting these old hotels. There's so much history to be learned. It was nice to know that it is kept as original as possible. The staff was wonderful and informative about some of the history of the building also which was nice. We will definitely go back there on our travels back home. Thank you!
Our group of four ladies had an excellent time at the historic Stone Hearth Inn. We stayed in a lovely room with 4 single beds. They were very accommodating, including a late check-in and breakfast. Modern place well located in pretty town of Woodstock. Very "self serve" in terms of check-in, food, etc. but also quite convenient that way. We enjoyed our stay!
What an amazing place! The room was perfect--comfy bed, luxurious bedding and great amenities. As a guest, you have full access to the living room, dining room and outdoor areas--which includes a fire pit and sauna. Breakfast was delicious with locally sourced products--many from the property itself--including edible flowers. The host was friendly, welcoming, and just a delightful person. And so very thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!
We were extremely impressed with the Sleep Woodstock Motel! If you get the chance- you need to book this place! Rooms were spacious and super clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Room had a fully stocked coffee bar; bathroom had plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Each room also has a retro mini fridge with a freezer, microwave, and coffeemaker. Loved the place, it’s old so full of charm and perhaps not so easy, stairs, rumpled flooring but I like such places. Had dinner which was very good, has a nice little pub as well. Everyone I encountered was pleasant.
