Very clean room, I would stay here again. Overall good experience, breakfast was just ok. Only real complaint was how early the pool was closed. We stayed for one night along with a couple other families while our sons played in a baseball tournament and by the time we got back, the boys really wanted to swim to cool off after a long day outside. It was only 8pm and as soon as they got in they were told to get out. It was barely even dark outside and right next to a highway and gas station, it’s...
The hotel was clean hood location to tiger town.
No carpets on the rooms was wonderful felt cleaner without gross hotel carpet that most hotels have.
Staff was nice breakfast was good. Would definitely recommend this if visiting Lakeland area.
It’s in a great part of Lakeland, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Easy access to I4 and other major roads. Hotel itself was very nice. Loved the high ceilings in the room we were in. Reasonably priced and the free breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel! Only downside to me was there were a few chairs in the room and when you had the pullout couch bed out it was crowded and not really any place to put the chair out of the way but other than that it was excellent!
Super clean, located right next to Funding Center Arena. The restaurant was closed (bar opened in the evening) but there was a nice breakfast in the morning.
I was greeted on arrival by Rodney. He was very friendly and helpful and made me feel very welcome. The rest of the staff were also great, especially the woman in the breakfast are, whose name I didn't catch. The breakfast food selection was very good, something for everyone's taste. I also used the pool. The area was clean and well maintained and the water was warm and clean. All in all, an excellent staff and a wonderful Hampton Inn!
Dresha was fantastic! She made us feel right at home and ensured our stay was enjoyable. She had a crib set up for our baby upon arrival.
The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of freshly prepared choices.
The only thing that was strange was that there were big holes in our walls and ceiling with wires sticking out. Looks like they were mid renovations.
