Key cards didn’t work when needed to enter from outside… key reader broke while ty here… front design has to walk to our room to let us in with a master key card. The woman at the front desk was rude & has no common customer service courtesy .. smh.. but overall room was in clean condition,

Very clean. Spacious lobby with several areas for gathering and chatting. Good breakfast and a surprisingly good evening happy hour, with not only beer and wine but also mixed drinks and hot food. Staff was all very pleasant and welcoming. Big parking garage with hotel entrances on every level.

Quiet hotel close to many things. Clean hotel, friendly service. I didn't have the complimentary breakfast but my husband said it was much better than other hotels we've been to. Would stay again.

Super clean hotel. Solid price. OUTSTANDING workers...super nice..very helpful. Breakfast was a nice selection of items. Coffee was a bit of a disappointment. The road noise we could hear from our room (on the fourth floor) was pretty intense. Fitness room had clean and modern equipment. A very nice hotel with great rooms, but the windows are so thin we could hear every car coming down the nearby street. Would definitely stay again..might bring some ear plugs.

The hotel was new and nicely maintained. All the staff was friendly and helpful. We were just passing through town with a day at the zoo and this hotel was very convenient for us to get to and easy to get back on the road again.

Was short but great - only struggle was parking bc my husband is disabled and all handicap places were taken bc hotel was very busy

It started with the check in, as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and friendliness. All the details of the hotel were shared with me. Every time I walked past the front desk, no matter who's the clerk was they greeted me and asked me how my day was going. The customer service was amazing. This was a very refreshing stay. This was one of the best hotel stays that we have ever had. Every single employee we encountered was great. The hotel grounds were beautiful. The gym and indoor pool/ hot tub were probably the nicest we've ever seen at a hotel. All of the food we ate there was great. The linens on the bed were amazing. The only downside to staying there is that everything is very expensive. However, you get what you pay for!

The staff here was AMAZING. Everything was great but our staff interactions were by far the best part. We were there for our child’s medical appointment at Children’s Mercy and the hotel staff treated her like visiting royalty. We will 1000% be back here.

The rooms are so nice and clean and the mansion is beautiful inside and out.

Great hotel. Clean. Good breakfast. Great pool with hot tub. We never got to use the hot tub because a whole group was gathered round it drinking beer until it closed. But it's open late, until 11 which is nice when you're traveling long distances.
