"We had an excellent stay at Mata n’ativa! Fabiano and his staff are super attentive to all details. All spotless clean. The pousada is in this small oasis with little monkeys, birds and a lazy cat. Close to the beach and the Quadrado, but we recommend a car to get around. We recommend this Pousada 100%. "

"Excellent hotel, very good breakfast, all staff were kind and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and has a nice pool. The only thing that was a safety concern to us is that there is no traffic lights to cross the street in front of the hotel and not all cars stop at the same time. We were crossing when the cars stopped, but a motorcycle didn't stop and almost hit us. It is not the hotel fault, but they should defenitely bring this concern to the city as it affects the hotel guests."

"Me hospedei na Pousada Quarto Crescente e foi uma experiência incrível! O café da manhã é maravilhoso, com muita variedade e tudo super fresco e feito com carinho, destaque para as tapiocas, bolos e sucos naturais. Outro ponto positivo é o brigadeiro de cortesia o dia inteiro (delicioso). A localização é ótima, pertinho do Quadrado, mas numa rua tranquila. O atendimento é excelente, todos muito simpáticos e sempre prontos para ajudar. Os quartos são espaçosos, bem equipados e super confortáveis. A cama, os travesseiros e os lençóis são muito cheirosos, dá até vontade de ficar mais tempo descansando. Com certeza é um lugar que eu recomendo e quero voltar!"

"Pros: Clean, friendly, helpful, breakfast, game room, pool. Con: the only negative was the Wi-Fi in the room wasn’t that good. Having said that, around the pool area, lobby, restaurant worked much better. Definitely would recommend this place. "

Sebastian and his daughter Lima take very much care of their pousada and their guests to make them feel comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful with fresh fruits, bread and eggs. The room is clean, neat and nicely decorated. The Pousada is a few yards from the beach, close enough to the city of Trancoso to have a nice diner, but far enough to rest and forget about the world for a few days.
