Immediate visual appeal is very nice. The exterior of all buildings have been recently refinished with attractive new roofing. The rooms are nicely appointed and comfortable. Even though it is just off the freeway, it was very quiet. We will definitely stay here again!
I don’t know if this hotel is new or just newly remodeled. It’s very nice. The single piece shade for the window eliminates that center window gap for light and lack of privacy. Everything was clean and fresh. Staff was nice. I liked the area to purchase drinks and snacks so I didn’t have to go out for them.
Hot breakfast was good except they only had sausage as the meat which gives me heartburn. They had a GF cereal.

They don’t offer hair dryer or coffee maker in room. We had 2 pets they changed us $50 cleaning charge plus $10per pet that’s $70 for One night. Plus the $100 + we paid for the room
The staff was great and very conveniently located. Clean room and breakfast was adequate. Mrs. Mary was fantastic and she treated our girls like her own grandkids. From the White's, a big shout out to her for representing Jackson in style.
Jordan at the front desk has gone out of her way to help us several times. The staff at the bistro are also extremely helpful and friendly. All of the maintenance and housekeeping staff seem to be doing a great job. Very clean, prompt, polite, professional staff all the way around. This was my first visit at this location in Jackson. The motel was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. I didn't expect the bed to be as comfortable, but the mattress is super soft. The mattress was better than my mattress at home!

I stop in Jackson often on my way to see family in Texas. I always use this hotel as I can count on it to be quiet, clean and comfortable. After 8 times never a problem.
The building is very clean in all areas. My stay was quiet and comfortable. The array of restaurants in walking distance is amazing. This hotel is my go-to when traveling between Asheville and Dallas.
Be warned: this property doesn't have an on-site ice machine. Each room has an ice tray, but if you need ice before it has time to freeze, you'll need to bring it with you.
