"First of all - Valet parking was very welcomed after a hectic day! We had a late meal at the bar/restaurant where Kevin was working. He was so friendly and attended to everyone quickly and smoothly. Even the cook came out to ask about our food, which was delicious! It was a short stay, just in town for a football game, but enjoyed the accommodations and staff very much. We will come again."

"Highly recommend this hotel! The rooms were large, spotless, and very comfortable. There are lots of hangout areas, including a great fenced-in yard with games for the kids, and the breakfast selection was huge. Having a bar at the pool was great. The absolute best part of our stay was the Oasis shuttle service. It was always available whenever we needed it. Leaving the park during Howl-O-Scream was a breeze—while thousands of tired guests waited forever for Ubers and trams, our van was waiting right at the gate. It truly elevated our entire experience!"

"I recently stayed at the West Tampa Bay with a few girlfriends for a girls weekend. We were impressed from the start of our stay. The Bell hop in the carport greeted upon arrival with a smile and fantastic attitude. Welcoming and ready to help. Angel checked us. He too was welcoming, attentive, and ready to accommodate. He went a step behind calling to see if our room could be cleaned so we could get in early. He followed through and called as the room was available for hour earlier than expected. We all commented how impressed we were with the wonderful customer service. Leo waited on us at the pool and was friendly and very efficient. Just a joy! One of my girlfriends is a little high maintenance and called down to see if they possibly had a fan we could use in the room. They did and brought it right up to us. Wow! We really enjoyed our stay and I can’t say enough about how impressed we were with the staff and service. Gold star! Thank you.!"

I recommend anyone to visit the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay."
