Great hotel if you have something going on in the convention center.

Ryan at the front desk was AMAZING! In this day and age of minimized service in so many places, Ryan was a refreshing reminder of what great service with a smile and positive energy is all about! Room was great. Location was great. Could have been a few more "healthy" options for breakfast.

Beautifully appointed mansion in the heart of Case Western Reserve, virtually next door to the art museum and botanical gardens. A fine french restaurant, Albatross, is 100 yards away. Rooms are clean and very quiet; good breakfast included.

Everybody was nice. The breakfast was amazing. The cable took some getting used to, but I figured it out. There were several restaurants within walking distance, which was convenient. We even got free cookies.

Very clean hotel and the staff was awesome. Parking was easy.

The room was above what I expected. We checked in early. Asked if we could watch the race at the bar but they did one better and let us watch on the big theater screen! The staff was very nice and pleasant to us. The small bar on the 2nd floor was great! I would stay again.

Great location. Many restaurants and stores and right next to Brunswick Lake Park

Great location right on hospital campus with convenient shuttle. Valet parking was quick and easy. Room was perfect -so big! Aaron at the front desk was super friendly and helpful.

Very clean. Nice staff. Little story... We asked for a toothbrush. They gave us one with floss and paste. That’s how you take it the extra mile.

Safe location and easy check-in. Great, simple, modern decor. Across the street from Goodwill and right near a Mexican restaurant. We couldn’t have breakfast due to an early flight so this was absolutely perfect! I gave up on Motel 6s years ago due to over-crowded, loud motels with fire alarms being pulled etc, But these excellent reviews here in Ohio lured me back to keeping an extra $100 in my pocket and getting a great sleep. Try it! Excellent motel!!

This hotel is superior. I will go back here when I am in the area again, which may be several times over the next 3 years as my daughter is at Oberlin College, about 20 minutes away.

tHE HOTEL WAS VERY QUITE AND THE ROOM DARKENING SHADES KEPT THE LIGHT OUT MAKING IT EASY TO SLEEP.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Such a great hotel. I loved the style and historical pictures. The rooms are spacious and offer a great view of the airport to watch planes landing and taking off.
