"Everything was wonderful. Friendly staff. Easy elevators. Great breakfast. I worked in my room while my daughter was at an all day summer camp, and it was so quiet.
I had one last meeting before checking out and they were kind to let me stay an hour past checkout. Thanks IHG!"

"Overall, this hotel was a good value for the price we paid. We had a room with a king bed and the room was large and comfortable with adequate amenities. The only issues we had with the room was it had a bad smell when we first walked in that kind of smelled like sewer gas but it quickly dissipated and the bathroom did not have a working exhaust fan. "This place is great if you're staying with kids. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite with a kitchen and living area.
No elevators so that's something to consider if you have a lot of luggage. I stayed for 1 night and their "incidentals" fee was $250 which I think is insane. It's not posted anywhere before you book so ve prepared to have a $250 hold on your card for several days! "

"Friendly staff and they trnder to our needs. However we found blood on our sheets in one of the beds. Haven't heard back from management didn't recieve a discount a comp night or future stay discount. Elevators were very slow and always occupied. Got stuck in an elevator for about 3 minutes doors closed no movements. The staff clean in the am so there's workers going up and down the elevators the same time people are starting their days. Breakfast was basic but saved us money.

The carpet in the room was absolutely gross and turned my socks black within minutes; generally the room could use some updating but really other than the carpet I was more than happy.
