"I NEVER EVEN GOT MY ROOM FOR MY TWO NIGHTS that I PAID FOR!!!! THE MAN at the front desk told me he never got my reservation and the he didn't even have any rooms, that i needed to contact hotel.com to get my money back and the he had been telling you guys for months to get his hotel off your website. I have booked through you guys many of times and when i contacted you via virtual chat i got no help and my money never was refunded i have been a customer for a while and will be Google reviewing you EVERYWHERE VERY POORLY LETTING EVERYONE KNOW! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. How many customers do you do this to!!"

"Comfortable bed my only complaint is the bed side lights are attached to the hallway light also. "

"About the only good thing about this room, was that it was clean. There were no curtains, only shades that didn't entirely cover the window, we had to hang a towel over the space by using a hanger and the empty curtain rod. The microwave was rusty, the bathroom had clear plastic over the window (which had NO PRIVACY SCREEN)....and the cord plugged in behind the desk was frayed and had bare wires. Dogs barking on and off throughout the night in neighboring rooms. Also, the front office was smoky, and when I asked about the contential breakfast, she waved vaguely to a rickety stand in the corner where she said there would be coffee and pastries in the morning. We didn't even feel comfortable checking in the morning as that area didn't seem overly clean. Definitely would not recommend nor would we ever stay here again."
