From the moment I walked through the doors, I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel looked immaculate and smelled fresh and clean in every area, from the lobby to the room itself. Our room was spotless and we enjoyed relaxing in there. The added hooks on the wall were definitely convenient for hanging up our things. The bathroom vanity was spacious and allowed both of us to spread out our toiletries. The shower water pressure was amazing and we enjoyed having the body wash, shampoo and conditioner right there on the wall for easy access! We will definitely stay here again when we are in this area!! Staff members were pleasant and very helpful!

Have stayed at this hotel a number of times over the years when in northern Ill visiting. Have found the staff to be engaged and really pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable. Included breakfast offers a nice variety. Very happy with our stay and will stay again. Thank you!

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We were always greeted with a smile and “welcome back”. I absolutely enjoyed the balcony on our room. Even in the heat I sat out there and enjoyed the river and trains.

After a long drive into the evening it was great to have a place to relax.

This is by far the best hotel in the Princeton area. It is usually the most expensive too, but it’s completely worth it. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is great and replenished often. The lobby is rustic and really comfortable. It’s right off the highway and near fast food restaurants and gas stations and Walmart is a sneeze away as well. Easy check in and very clean room.

Easy on/off freeway access

No frills, just a quiet and tasteful property. The setting is awesome, tucked into the woods on the banks of the Rock River. One morning I sat on the deck overlooking the river for an hour or so in dead silence just watching the river flow by peacefully. Lots of families of Canadian geese and goslings, along with Egrets. The hotel was very clean, modern & comfortable. We arrived early and were " greeted" by a very rude woman at the desk informing us that our room was still " dirty" and not ready. We returned later to find a very pleasant person who checked us in and the rest of the stay was very pleasant

Room meets your basic needs for visiting the area to enjoy the state parks and nature. This was a great value. Easy and short drive to all the parks and the downtown Oregon area.
