Cleanliness is always important. There is no one available after 5pm, BUT they answer the phone 24 hours a day. The stay was comfortable, close to attractions, safe, and we loved it

This place is amazing. We stayed in Love Potion #9 room. It was cozy and clean with a very comfortable bed and had a small balcony overlooking the lake. The grounds look like a botanical garden. The free breakfast (8-9:30) was fantastic. Great place for a romantic getaway just 10 minutes from downtown Hot Springs. We liked it so much we booked an extra night. Do yourself a favor a book a room here!

I used Expedia to book the room at the last minute. In fact it was around 11:20pm. Checked in shortly there after and was pleased with the staff as well a the cleanliness of the room and property. Within walking distance from everything one would need. Thank you.

The stay was great. Logan and Lisa were great front desk concierges when I had questions. The location just a few minutes away from Bathhouse Row was helpful in avoiding lunch and dinner crowds.

We had a great stay. Everything was clean, new, quiet, and our room had great view of the lake. We will definitely be staying again.

Beautiful relaxing place to stay. Wish we could have stayed longer but we surely will return. Staff are very nice, hotel is old but very clean.

Very clean indoors! Beautiful view, lots of space for outdoor lounging, and visiting with geese, ducks & turtles in backyard and waters edge. Well appointed kitchen with everything you would need if you want to cook in, but close enough to shops if you want to eat out. Couple small hiccups but we let host know about them, general maintenance things that may get missed if using a cleaning service. Would definitely stay again, neighbors were friendly as well.

This is by far worth the $$. Literally the only thing I’d consider a con is a little later than usual check in time—but other than that, this place is awesome. I highly recommend Sunbay. Perfect for families, couples, and probably singles if you’re looking to relax and feel at home on the water. The lady up front from Louisiana was sweet and helpful! I’ll be bringing my family back in the near future.

We had 11 people total in 3 rooms, 7 adults and 4 kids ages 3-15. We stayed 2 nights. The lady at the desk was great. She was able to answer all of our questions and made our stay more enjoyable. The property is older but was recently updated. The kids enjoyed the clean pool. We all agreed it was a good choice and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
